Privacy notice

This notice explains what Outbound Machine does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you send us your case through the contact form, we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role, and anything you choose to write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean writing back with questions, sending you your channel map, or talking through what you asked about. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to twelve months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people here who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you or to delete it. Write to alicia.tyler@outboundmachine.co, or use the contact form, and tell us what you would like. If you simply want us to stop contacting you, reply stop to any message from us and we will.
